Throw Back Thursday? Ok. I'll play along...


The time I caught this shot at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo in 2012. A pricey Chute Pass was what gave me access to this angle. Many more where this came from...

That evening, I also realized how I much liked the look of a real cowboy... judging from behind of course. No way better to see cowboys up-close, trust me! Their monogrammed leather chaps, boots, dusty jeans and hats. The gloves were intense! (I'm a glove girl.)


Above all, the unique stance each had was pretty powerful. They stood all the while, waiting their turn, focused on perhaps whether they'd be the next to topple... That was a nice night in Houston, Texas.
